With the restaurant business in SoFla being one tough cookie, we happily celebrate 5 and 10 years for venues in the biz. So we are over-the-top crazy about City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill in West Palm Beach’s Rosemary Square, which is in the midst of a weeklong 20th anniversary celebration!

City Cellar debuted when CityPlace opened, and it’s been a dinner fave ever since. The food is consistently very good, the wine selection way above average. In fact, since 2017, it’s received Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence for the wine cellar, which includes 500 bottles and 70 by the glass.

The anniversary celebration through Dec. 12 means you get the gifts, in the form of menu items from 20 years ago: farfalle pasta with grilled chicken Roma, Long Island duck breast with butternut squash puree, seared scallops and shrimp with mushroom risotto and more.

It’s one of Big Time Restaurant Group’s flagship restaurants, according to Todd Herbst, co-owner of Big Time, which also owns Rocco’s Tacos, Louie Bossi, Elisabetta, City Oyster and so on.

Correction: an earlier version of this post indicated that the anniversary menu at City Cellar would feature 1999 prices for menu items. Items will be offered at normal prices.
