CP Group’s Tree Lighting & Holiday Extravaganza returns for its 10th year to the Boca Raton Innovation Campus on Thursday, Nov. 20 to kick off Boca Raton’s holiday season.
The holiday festivities kick off at 5:30 p.m., and be sure to get there on time so you don’t miss Santa’s surprise entrance at 5:40 p.m. (hint: look up). Guests can look forward to a slew of family-friendly activities, food trucks, live performances by Organic Movements Dance School, the Youth Orchestra of Palm Beach County, and Dazzling Magic & Illusions, and, of course, the lighting of the 40-foot Christmas tree.
Activities at this year’s Tree Lighting include trackless train rides, an outdoor screening of “The Polar Express” (this year’s theme), a puppy cuddle and adoption area, a snowman igloo bounce house, meetings with Santa, and much more. A VIP ticket includes open bars, light bites, a carving station, desserts, and exclusive experiences.
Emceed by CBS12 News’ Liz Quirantes, the Tree Lighting will benefit the Junior League of Boca Raton, Spirit of Giving, and CPG Cares. VIP tickets are $60, and all proceeds will be donated to the Junior League. Regular admission is free with the donation of a new, unwrapped toy or a monetary donation to Spirit of Giving.
