It’s the start of the slow season for area restaurants, which is good news for you. Because, really, it’s all about you—and eating and drinking and great prix-fixe specials that you need to jump on right now.

The third annual Dine Out Downtown Delray runs Aug. 1 to 7 and there are dozens of restaurants signed up to participate, each promising prix-fixe lunch and/or dinner menus, as well as wine and beer tastings, doughnut-decorating classes, cocktail classes, cooking classes and a lot more.

Some restaurants jumping in: 50 Ocean, Banyan Restaurant & Bar, Beg For More Izakaya, Brule Bistro, Buddha Skybar, Caffe Luna Rosa, CHE!, Dada, Death or Glory, Deck 84, Doughnut Works, J&J Seafood & Raw Bar, Lemongrass Asian Bistro, Over The Bridge Café, Papa’s Tapas, PRIME, Ramen Lab Eatery, Salt7, The Grove, The Office, The Original Popcorn House, Vic & Angelo’s and more.

One example of the prix-fixe offers: Caffe Luna Rosa offers three-course prix-fixe dinners for $40 per person that includes a salad, entrée and dessert (options include the chocolate chip cannoli, pictured).
