Take some prosecco, some chardonnay, some Barolo and put those with dishes including Maine lobster, goats milk ravioli, roasted beef tenderloin. Have them prepared by James Beard award-winning Chef Mark Militello, and Chef Sebastiano Setticasi and you have a four-course dinner at Josie’s Ristorante on Dec. 8. This feast starts at 6 p.m., costs $85 per person (excluding tax/gratuity), and promises to be a delicious event. All at Josie’s, 1602 S. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach; 561/364-9601.

New to the lunch crowd: Nitrogen Bar, Grill & Sushi

nitrogen-bento1_rgb

Nitrogen Bar, Grill & Sushi is at 6700 W. Indiantown Road, just east of I-95 in Jupiter, and it’s sort of hidden in the back of a line of shops, which means some folks miss this little gem. It’s called an “Asian-fusion-style” restaurant, and I call it yummy. It just started lunch hours (Tuesday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.), and serves up dishes such as the Bento Box (pictured), or seared wahoo tacos, or a Tribeca grilled cheese and tomato soup. Dinner is served Tuesday-Saturday, 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
