We need to get our cool on for the July 4th holiday, so here are some patriotic cocktails to sip when waiting to watch the fab fireworks happening all over SoFla! There are a few recipes in case you’d like to stay by—or in—the pool.
And some venues have special dishes just on July Fourth—celebrate!
Boston’s on the Beach

Recipe:
- ¼ cup of Blue Curaçao
- 1¼ cup of Bacardi rum with piña colada mix
- ¼ cup of grenadine
Layer ingredients in a large wine goblet beginning with the grenadine. Slowly add piña colada and top with Blue Curaçao. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
Prosecco Café

Recipe
- 1 ounce Chambord (blueberry liqueur)
- 6 ounce prosecco
- 1 ounce club soda
- 1 spoonful of blueberries infused with vodka
- 3 raspberries for garnish.
In a large wine goblet, add Chambord and a spoonful of blueberries that were soaked in vodka and sugar. Top with ice and slowly add the prosecco to keep the Chambord and blueberries at the bottom. Add the fresh raspberries on top for garnish.
Smokey Bones
