Galley is celebrating the Kravis Center run of the Broadway musical adaptation of “Beetlejuice” with a special three-course prix-fixe menu from June 2 to 7.
The Hilton West Palm Beach restaurant will pay homage to the “ghost with the most” with dishes like a blackened tiger shrimp with roasted corn purée, cucumber avocado relish, and cantando chorizo succotash that puts a savory spin on the iconic shrimp cocktail scene—minus the fingers. Pair dinner with a Day-O! Daiquiri, made with blackberry-infused blonde rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Japanese melon liqueur. Kravis Center ticket holders will receive complimentary valet parking. Reservations are encouraged and can be made here.
