Broken Earth wines highlight of Council Oak dinner
At the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Broken Earth wines will take the wine dinner stage on July 18 at the Council Oaks restaurant.
This Paso Robles, Calif., winery is excellent and its verdelho, syrah, chardonnay reserve, muscat and two red blends will be featured at the reception and the three-course dinner. Broken Earth Winemaker Chris Cameron is hosting. Cost is $125 per person and starts at 6:30 p.m.

BLT Prime Doral hosting six wine dinners
Take a trip around the wine world when BLT Prime Doral hosts six wine dinners starting July 9, with one that features Beaulieu Vineyard from Napa Valley.
Each dinner will include four courses of food paired with the guest vineyard. Cost is $135 per person and dinner starts at 7:30 p.m. The other dinners are: Aug. 6 with Susana Balbo Wines; Sept. 10 with Ricasoli wines; Oct. 8 with Donnafugata wines; Nov. 5 with Michael Mondavi Family Estate wines and Dec. 10 with Celler Vall Llach wines.
