Award-winning chef and lauded humanitarian José Andrés has teamed up with New York-based developer Savanna to bring his first concept to the Palm Beaches. Olara, a luxury condominium overlooking West Palm Beach’s waterfront, will be home to the yet-to-be-named ground-floor restaurant, which will be open to the public. We will, however, have to wait a bit to enjoy Andrés’ savory dishes—Olara isn’t slated for completion until 2027. Designed by Arquitectonica, the 26-story tower with 275 residences starting at $2 million is less than two miles from Clematis Street.
