Gallaghers Steakhouse Debuts

This Wednesday Manhattan’s legendary Gallaghers debuts in Boca. The long-awaited steakhouse (the news of its arrival first broke in 2021) is calling the former Madisons New York Grill location home. This is the brand’s first expansion outside of New York City; its origin dates back to 1927 as a speakeasy. Guests can look forward to Gallaghers famous dry-aged steaks cooked on signature hickory coal grills alongside its raw bar selection and specialties like the veal chop Parmigiana.

The omakase sensation Sushi By Bou arrives to Boca next week. On Aug. 18, Sushi By Bou will open at the former AlleyCat location in Royal Palm Place. As the second Palm Beach County location, this one seems extra special to owner and chef David Bouhadana, a Boca local who attended Spanish River High School. The timed omakase concept invites guests to dine at the sushi counter where talented chefs create a meal right in front of them in about 60 minutes.  The 12-course experience is $60 and the 17-course menu will run you $125.
