Now through the end of September, the waterfront Oceans 234 in Deerfield Beach will host seven of South Florida’s top chefs.
Each chef will be hosted for two weeks and contribute a special appetizer and entree to the menu. The series kicks off with James Beard-nominated chef Dean Max from Oceans 234 sister restaurant The Break House Kitchen + Beach Bar. He will be hosted through July 22 and is adding to the menu a crispy soft shell crab appetizer and grilled lamb skewer entree with eggplant caviar and red pepper chermoula. - Chef Paula DaSilva (PGA National Resort): Aug. 6 to 19
- Chef Adrienne Grenier (Burlock Coast): Aug. 20 to Sept. 2
- Chef Michael Hackman (aioli): Sept. 3 to 16
- Chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth (Root & Bone, Stiltsville Fish Bar): Sept. 17 to 30
