The internationally acclaimed outdoor culinary experience, Outstanding in the Field, will make its way to South Florida on Saturday, Jan. 27, and Sunday, Jan. 28. Catch the excitement at Holman’s Harvest in West Palm Beach on Saturday and Paradise Farms in Homestead on Sunday. Both dinners, just like all its global events, will feature renowned chefs curating a memorable menu that diners enjoy at expansive communal tables set in the most pristine settings. On Saturday, Almond’s chef Jason Weiner will be cooking, and on Sunday, guests will indulge in dishes by chef Andrew Ayala of Michelin-starred Le Jardinier and L’Atelier.

The event will also make stops in Hawaii, Mexico, Alabama and California this year. Created by artist Jim Denevan in 1999, this experience was made to bring people back to nature through food. Tickets are $375 per person and include a multi-course wine-pairing dinner. Menus are not released ahead of time so get ready for a decadent surprise. Some dietary restrictions can be honored. Check the website for more info.
