Palm Beach Meats co-founder Eric San Pedro is honoring his heritage and embracing Asian American and Pacific Island heritage month with a festive Asian street fair. He’s teaming up with celebrated Asian American chefs to bring this event to life. On Saturday, May 20, guests can purchase a passport from 4 – 9 p.m. and then wander around trying the five dishes created by the chefs, each inspired by a different country. See the complete list below. There will also be sake tastings, several artisanal crafts for purchase, and live performances by the South Florida Chinese Performing Arts Group and Polynesia Proud Productions.

“This market is important to me because I am a Filipino-American and would love to showcase my culture as well as other Asian cultures,” San Pedro says. “We are so honored to have James Beard nominated chef and author Nicole Ponseca joining us to create a collaborative dish with our own Emerson Frisbie. She has been at the forefront of the Filipino food movement for many years.”

Tickets are $60 and can be purchased here.
