Wagyu lovers prepare yourselves. This weekend Palm Beach Meats is hosting a celebration of all things wagyu starting with Friday’s Clandestine Culinary eight-course Japanese wagyu dinner hosted by chef Emerson Frisbie. On Saturday, Takeshi Kamioka of Kaminari Ramen will take over the space with an exclusive all wagyu menu. It will run from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., and it will be on a first come, first serve basis so get there early. Finishing off the weekend, Jay Rock of Frankenfurters and Renata Ferraro of Flour and Weirdos will take over the kitchen with delectable wagyu smashburgers and wagyu hotdogs from 11 a.m. to 4  p.m. In the evening, chef Frisbie’s weekly Sunday Supper Series continues with help from Yakitori Boyz 305 chefs Greg Marsicano and George Dasinger starting at 5:30pm.
