Palm Beach Meats is celebrating its new executive chef, Tim Chase, with a welcome dinner on Saturday, Jan. 27. Chase has curated this “Symphony of Savory” dining experience to showcase what he can do in the kitchen. Guests can look forward to a five-course meal with some of Chase’s favorite dishes.
