Pistache is hosting a decadent party on Wednesday, May 24, to celebrate its milestone 15th year. It’s welcoming back notable alums for a chef collab unlike any other. Chef Julien Gremaud (of Avocado Grill) and Isaac Cerny (of Mariner Sands Country Club) are back to cook alongside chef de cuisine Mike Burgio for one night only. Each dish created by the chefs will reflect on their respective years in the Pistache kitchen. See below for the menu.

Blue Crab Mezzelune with sweet corn, bell pepper, roasted poblano, lemon gremolata

Lamb Provençal, an herb-crusted and char-grilled lamb loin, braised coco beans, confit garlic, marinated tomato, watercress, mint pesto
