Pistache is hosting a decadent party on Wednesday, May 24, to celebrate its milestone 15th year. It’s welcoming back notable alums for a chef collab unlike any other. Chef Julien Gremaud (of Avocado Grill) and Isaac Cerny (of Mariner Sands Country Club) are back to cook alongside chef de cuisine Mike Burgio for one night only. Each dish created by the chefs will reflect on their respective years in the Pistache kitchen. See below for the menu. 

(The regular menu will also be available for dinner)

Chef Julien Gremaud (Pistache 2008 – 2011) will prepare:

Appetizer

Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio with seared foie gras, hazelnuts, pomme allumette, sauce Asiatique 

Entrée 

Lobster Risotto with fennel confit, tarragon, and fava beans

Chef Isaac Cerny (Pistache 2011 – 2021) will prepare:

Appetizer 

Blue Crab Mezzelune with sweet corn, bell pepper, roasted poblano, lemon gremolata

Entrée

Lamb Provençal, an herb-crusted and char-grilled lamb loin, braised coco beans, confit garlic, marinated tomato, watercress, mint pesto

Chef Mike Burgio (Pistache 2021 – Present) will prepare:

Appetizer 

Crispy Pork Belly with Smoked Grits with caramelized fennel, vanilla poached peach, sauce agrodolce

Entrée

Cocoa Braised Short Rib with chestnut puree, salsify, summer truffle
