Pistache, the beloved French bistro, is taking the night off and transporting guests from France to Spain for one night only. On Friday, Aug. 11, the “Noche in Spain” popup dinner will showcase Spanish cuisine with a selection of tapas like gambas al ajillo and entrees like seafood paella. In true Spanish fashion, it will also be pouring sangria and Iberian wines to pair with dinner.
