If you’ve visited Stage Kitchen & Bar in Palm Beach Gardens then you’ve had the pleasure of savoring chef Marathe’s divine creations. Well, he is at it again with his newest concept, Ela Curry Kitchen, alongside partner Andy Dugard. Located in The Shops of Donald Ross Village, this restaurant will take diners on a journey across India. While its opening is set for this summer, you can get a sneak peek of what’s to come by attending tomorrow (Wednesday, July 6) night’s Ela Curry Kitchen pop-up dinner at Stage. Look forward to a traditional thali dinner, where multiple courses will be offered on one platter to enjoy.
