If you’re craving a cold-pressed juice while you shop, Pressed Juicery is now open at Town Center. This is the first outpost of the L.A.-based healthy eats brand, which not only sells juices, but also plant-based foods focused on seasonal, high-quality ingredients. The juices, which include fruits, vegetables and spices like spinach, kale, lemon, apple, elderberry, ginger and turmeric are certified kosher and their bowls and snacks are gluten and dairy free. It also curates juice bundles for cleanses and fasts.
