Aromatic cocktails at Café Boulud
Café Boulud, 301 Autralian Ave., Palm Beach; 561/655-6060; https://www.cafeboulud.com/palmbeach/ Executive Chef Rick Mace has put some favorites back on his summer menu, including the wonderful heirloom tomato & mozzarella with saffron and white balsamic. But the fun part is watching some entertainment from the bar, with new cocktails that include the Pearfume. This is made with a “cocktail aroma kit” that infuses it with an aromatic mist; made with pear vodka, Italicus, lemon juice and simple syrup, and then a sage leaf provides the pop before you drink it.
