You can travel and eat spectacular Spanish food, paired with choice wines, and never leave your kitchen. That’s the deal with Chef Anne Manson cooking a Moroccan-inspired summer lunch, and her cousin, our local Master Sommelier Virginia Philip providing the wines and tasting lesson. This is Annie B’s Spanish Kitchen, on Aug. 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This takes place on Zoom, where you’ll receive a shopping list for the food, and wines from Philip’s Wine Shop & Academy in Palm Beach. Cost for the cooking class is $75, and the wine pairing is $75. Sign up for the class here: https://virginiaphilipwineandspirits.com/event/zoom-cooking-class-with-annie-bs-spanish-kitchen/

Manson is known for her cooking school in Vejer, Spain. She provides recipes, an ingredient list and photos of the finished dishes, along with a video of her shopping trip and tips on how to select your ingredients. Below is the menu for the lunch.
