Jason Hagensick
President & CEO
YMCA of South Palm Beach County
With more than 36 years of service to the YMCA, Jason Hagensick leads an organization that impacts over 40,000 children, teens, families and seniors annually through programs focused on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
“Our strength comes from a community that believes in this work,” Hagensick shares. “Together, we’re building possibilities by creating something that will serve families not just today but for generations to come.”
Looking ahead, the YMCA is expanding inclusive opportunities for individuals with special needs while deepening its investment in teens through leadership development, mentorship and programs that foster confidence, character and connection. By continuing to invest in facilities, staffing and innovative programming, the Y is positioning itself to meet the evolving needs of a growing community.
The addition of three new preschool classrooms will expand early learning access and prepare more children for lifelong success. Plans are also underway to renovate the Wellness Center, ensuring a modern, welcoming space where health and community thrive.
“Our vision is simple. It is to be the place where potential is realized and community grows stronger every day,” says Hagensick.
