As General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Boca Grove, Jennifer Jolly has brought her years of diverse experience and unique talents to the private golf and tennis club.
Her impressive career led her to Boca Grove in 2018, where she’s been its fearless leader for the past 9 years.
“Great leadership isn’t about standing in front—it’s about empowering people to grow, innovate, and succeed together,” she explains. Jennifer was recognized for her leadership by the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce when she was presented with the 2024 DIAMOND award as a “true leader who shines bright among the most brilliant Diamonds.”
She played an integral role in establishing the new, revolutionary Longevity & Integrated Vitality Center at Boca Grove, which optimizes health span through precision science, curated wellness, and intentional living.
“We’re moving away from that fitness center mentality,” Jennifer shares. “It’s just as much about putting life in your years as it is years in your life.”
Her passion, too, for horses is front and center in her life and her future. She’s a horse owner/rescuer certified in Equine-Assisted Therapy and believes that “horses restore balance to the body, calm to the mind, and renewal to the spirit—reminding us that true longevity begins with connection. They have taught me so much about kindness.” And it shows.
