Celebrated chef Rick Mace is expanding his barbecue presence in Palm Beach County by opening his newest concept, Tropical BBQ Market. The James Beard-nominated chef’s fast-casual restaurant is serving up dishes similar to his original concept, Tropical Smokehouse, but also has a deli market where customers can snag meats, salads and other grab-and-go items. Located at the former Aioli Bakery space, the market provides guests with the same Florida-meets-Caribbean barbecue like the jerk turkey and mojo pulled pork. It’s also open for breakfast daily for those craving Mace’s take on egg sandwiches. Plus we can look forward to shelves stocked with Mace’s own rubs and spices shortly.
