In the February 2022 issue of Boca, we shared a few of our favorite cocktails to help set the mood for a romantic evening. Here’s one more, courtesy of the mixologists at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour in Miami.
Artisan Godfather
- 2oz scotch
- 1/2 oz amaretto
- One egg white
- ¼ oz cream
- Cinnamon stick
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake to mix until the sides of the glass are cold. Serve in a chilled martini glass and garnish with cinnamon stick. Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top of the drink if desired.
