This Independence Day, surround yourself with friends, fireworks and a decadent feast. Here are a few spots around town that’ll help you do just that.

The Clubhouse

The golf course’s restaurant will be open all day starting at 10 a.m. and will be serving festive fare. There will also be satellite bars throughout the country club in preparation for the fireworks at 9 p.m. Remember to bring your lawn chairs or blankets.

Happy hour starts at 3 p.m. on Friday with specialty cocktails like the Stars & Stripes (Buffalo Trace, strawberries, blueberries, mint simple syrup, and lemon). Holiday dinner specials include a cedar plank king salmon and bone-in short rib.

The Belgrove Resort & Spa

The hotel is hosting a Red, White, and Bubbles party open to both hotel guests and local residents. The weekend will feature a daily-themed bar: Friday’s is a red, white and blue sangria cart, Saturday’s is a red, white and blue mojito cart, and Sunday will feature a bloody mary cart. Festive snacks will be served throughout the weekend, including snow cones and cotton candy. Night cabanas will also be available for rent.

The Buccaneer Bar & Grill

Starting at 2 p.m., The Bucc is serving up plenty of fun with food and drink specials, games, giveaways, live music and a front row seat to the fireworks.

Oceanic

Celebrate at a rooftop party this year. Oceanic is hosting its Liberty & Libations party with sweeping ocean views, plenty of American sips and bites, party favors and live music. Tickets are $30 and include prime fireworks viewing. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

The Wharf Fort Lauderdale

If you head to Fort Lauderdale anytime this long weekend, it will be celebrating with a four-day fest. Guests can look forward to drink specials, festive decor and even a mechanical bull.
