The winners are in, and Boca magazine was named the Best Overall Magazine for magazines with a circulation of more than 20,000 by the Florida Magazine Association.
The Charlie Awards, an industry tradition since 1957, recognized the best of magazine journalism during a reception Friday at the Hilton Resort in Disney Springs.
“After a year of hard work by our team—from edit and art to production and sales—it was thrilling to be recognized by our peers as the best in the state,” said Christiana Lilly, editor in chief, who was in attendance with Lori Pierino, senior art director.
“The awards won by our team showcase the strength we have in all departments, creating a well-rounded tradition of excellence in storytelling that began in 1980,” Lilly added.
