Maven runs all-day happy hour for summer
The new-ish restaurant on Palm Beach has started an all-day happy hour special for the summer when a lot of The Island’s residents have skedaddled up North.
From noon to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, there are two-for-one cocktails, beers and wine by the glass. Oysters are “two bucks a shuck” and the smaller summer menu still includes a cheese/charcuterie board, flatbreads, crab Waldorf, Maine lobster roll, soups, salads and more.

Caffe Luna Rosa wine dinner series starts May 21
The oceanfront, Delray Beach fave Caffe Luna Rosa is starting its annual wine dinner series of 10 events. Each includes a four-course meal paired with wines from this restaurant that has received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator 15 years in a row.
The first dinner is May 21, cost is $59 and reservations are required. The other wine dinners will be June 11, July 2 and 23, August 13, Sept. 3 and 24, Oct. 15, and Nov. 5 and 26, so clear your calendars now.
