A Registered Florida Interior Designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Annette E. Smith specializes in space planning and design with a cutting-edge vision unique to her industry. A Florida resident since 1993, Annette established AES Interiors & Associates Inc. in 1994.
“Our job is to make an environment creative and functional,” she says. “We’re dedicated to getting the job done right, on time and within budget.”
Annette – who practiced martial arts, scuba dove a 210-foot wall in the Caymans, and has climbed and repelled off mountains – believes in living life to the fullest. Her passion can be seen in projects such as the original prototype for the first Blue Martini in West Palm Beach, projects for Hershey International and Lexis Nexis. Her work on the American Embassy in Cairo and the Monroe County Court House in Key West are examples of diversified assignments completed with Architectural Firms throughout the country.
Annette’s knowledge of building construction, specification writing and technical drawings associated with compliance required by local and state building codes has proven to be integral to her success.
